We are currently working on the design of a new Paragraph 79 house near Melton in the Yorkshire Wolds. The cantilevered first floor pitched roof elements frame views across the landscape whilst forming intimate courtyard gardens beneath.
We couldn’t have asked for more perfect weather to photograph our recently completed house in Hatcliffe.
Its great to return after Christmas to see the completion of one of our projects. Works included the extension and remodelling to an existing Georgian property near Louth.
We would like to take this opportunity to wish all of our clients, family and friends a wonderful Christmas. The office is now closed until Wednesday 2nd January.
Our proposal for a new office building in the heart of Immingham which is currently being determined by the Planning Department.
Works are progressing on a sensitive site near Grimsby for a new property set within the grounds of a Grade II listed property and a Grade I listed church.
Our initial proposals for a possible extension to Immingham Museum were positively received at I-Fest at the weekend. The design creates new exhibition areas with a prominent glazed facade at the junction between Pelham Road and Washdyke Lane.
We have submitted a planning application for a replacement dwelling in Lincolnshire. Partially buried into the hillside, the property has an upside down arrangement, allowing for views across the landscape from the first floor living areas.
We are currently working on an exciting new project at the North Promenade in Cleethorpes. This sketch model shows the existing site and its relationship with the beach and the railway to the rear.
We would like to welcome Nathan Stocks to our team. Nathan joins us as a Part I Architectural Assistant who since qualifying at Lincoln University has worked on a number of high quality residential projects in Lincolnshire.
We are delighted to announce that planning permission has been granted for a new home in Kirk Ella. Although located outside the development boundary the application was approved under delegated powers.
Grimsby based ID Architecture is seeking a Part I and Part II Architectural Assistant and an Architectural Technologist to join its growing team.
Candidates should demonstrate technical aptitude, an eye for design and an ability to produce detailed drawings for construction. You will be expected to work on a range of projects both independently and as a part of our team. Experience and proficiency using Autocad, Adobe Photoshop and SketchUp is essential. Remuneration will reflect experience.

We are currently working on a 26 plot housing development off Humberston Avenue providing a unique opportunity for private clients to purchase individual plots for self-build homes. The internal scaffold has come down inside the JemBuild office development and the principal window is looking amazing.
Following the success of the LABC Awards on Thursday evening we are thrilled to announce that on Friday night we also won The Business Hive Small Business Award at the Northern Lincolnshire Business Awards. This was a wonderful surprise given the other excellent short listed companies in our category.
We are delighted to announce that we were awarded best education project with JemBuild at the Yorkshire LABC Building Excellence Awards last night. Congratulations to the entire team including Hayley Stafford-Jones who worked on the project and returned to University before seeing it completed.
