Described by councillors as a Grand Design with stunning plans we are delighted to announce that our Paragraph55 house in Hatcliffe was unanimously approved at Planning Committee this morning.
We are currently working on a 26 plot housing development off Humberston Avenue providing a unique opportunity for private clients to purchase individual plots for self-build homes. ID Architecture is seeking a Part I Architectural Assistant and/or MCIAT Technologist to join its growing team in Humberston.
Candidates should demonstrate technical aptitude, an eye for design and an ability to produce detailed drawings for construction. You will be expected to work on a range of projects both independently and as a part of our team. Experience and proficiency using Autocad is essential. Remuneration will reflect experience.

We have submitted an application for a replacement dwelling in Ulceby. The site is higher at the rear, resulting in an upside-down house with the bedrooms at ground floor and the living accommodation at first floor opening out onto an expansive garden and sunken courtyard beneath.

Following the success of the LABC Awards on Thursday evening we are thrilled to announce that on Friday night we also won The Business Hive Small Business Award at the Northern Lincolnshire Business Awards. This was a wonderful surprise given the other excellent short listed companies in our category.
We are delighted to announce that we were awarded best education project with JemBuild at the Yorkshire LABC Building Excellence Awards last night. Congratulations to the entire team including Hayley Stafford-Jones who worked on the project and returned to University before seeing it completed.
Its exciting to see the new Velfac windows being installed on the JemBuild office development in Grimsby. We cant wait to move in later this year.

Our Nicol Lodge project features in the latest addition of Homebuilding and Renovating Magazine and explores how this 1990s bungalow received a complete overhaul.
Our proposal for a contemporary extension to a period property in Horkstow has received planning permission. The new structure incorporates large areas of glazing to improve the connection between the property and the garden.
We are pleased to announce that our proposal for a mixed use development in the heart of Brigg has received approval after receiving unanimous support from the planning committee yesterday. Located within a conservation area the scheme provides a combination of townhouses, flats and commercial units, which have been sensitively designed to complement the character of the area.
Works have now started on site for our refurbishment of a 1920’s bungalow in the Scartho conservation area. To bring more light into the property internal walls have been removed and a feature light well creates a double-height space over the dining area, filling the interior of the house with natural light.
We have spent the last few months developing our new website and branding with The Forge Advertising and Design. Needless to say we couldn’t resist testing the structural stability of our new business cards.
Our planning application for the Tiny House project in Cleethorpes has now been submitted. The house utilises thick walls for essential storage and folding components to create multi-functional spaces within.
We have been working on the remodelling of an existing industrial unit to provide an improved open plan office space with new corten steel facade at its entrance.
We are currently working on the conversion of a historic outbuilding within the Vale of Glamorgan conservation area in South Wales. The proposal will provide a new annexe to the main house with exposed stone walls and cedar cladding to complement the property.
