This modest three bed family dwelling in Tealby, Lincolnshire was granted planning permission by West Lindsey District Council under delegated powers on land classified as Important Open Space (IOS).  All habitable rooms look out over the rolling hills of the Lincolnshire Wolds (AONB). Described by the Conservation Officer as ‘a house of high architectural quality, contemporary, yet totally respectful to its context and is a great exemplar of good design that raises the bar for our district’.
