Nicol Lodge is a contemporary replacement dwelling in the historic market town of Brigg. The new property has been designed to be sympathetic with its neighbours, with first floor windows arranged to avoid overlooking. The feature chimney on the principal elevation is informed by the spire of the adjacent church, providing a vertical emphasis that complements one another. The interior provides a light filled family home with the introduction of sliding corner glazing and a double height hall.
