Barton Housing

Transformation of a vacant site in the Barton-upon-Humber conservation area, consisting of eleven new-build detached family homes and refurbishment of an existing Victorian cottage. The scheme responds to the differing nature and eras of its surroundings with an arrangement apportioned into four groups of three dwellings, with each grouping having a differing character appropriate to the context of its own street aspect.
