Wellington Street Mixed Use Development

Located in the Fruit Market area of Hull, this new building provides a combination of craft studios at ground floor with apartments above. The building steps in response to the change in scale of its adjacent neighbours, offering the opportunity to create roof gardens and terraces. Locking the building into its context, the introduction of cut throughs at ground floor to access the courtyard behind are reminiscent of the historic alleys and ginnels found in the Fruit Market.
